Waiting Child Spotlight: 

Meet Holden, Lulu, Clark, Chloe and Blaze

Great Wall is honored to be entrusted by the CCAA to find homes for China’s Waiting Children.  We currently have 98 precious angels that need homes, and we are eager to unite them with loving families.  We encourage you to learn about these children to see if one is waiting for you!  If you would like access to our entire agency list, please submit a Waiting Child Application.

Holden – This precious little 3 year old boy has a heart condition that prevents blood from reaching his lungs easily.  This means his blood does not have as much oxygen as it should.  Holden’s condition is correctable with surgery, and he is in need of a loving family that can provide this life-saving operation.  This little angel is a loving child that loves to play with other children.  He also enjoys playing with cars, toys and puzzles.

Lulu – This loving 4 year old girl and is diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy, which mostly affects her left side. Lulu’s developmental test put her mental development about 14 months behind and her physical development about 12 months behind.  She also has an unusually small and thin cornea in her right eye.  Despite her special needs, she can go up and down stairs and speak in sentences.  She is cooperative with and close to her caretakers. This waiting angel has so much love to give!

Clark – This extremely clever 7 year old boy has short neck syndrome that affects his range of motion in his neck.  This condition has no affect on his lofty aspirations.  Clark’s dream is to learn as much as possible and attend a famous university.  In pursuit of this goal, he takes his classes very seriously.  Thanks to his loving and generous nature, he also aims to gain lots of skills to somehow repay his teachers and caretakers.  Clark will benefit from a loving family that will nurture his cleverness and encourage his dreams.

Chloe – This confident 10 year old young lady has mild cerebral palsy and has had an abnormal brain activity reading.  She is a very happy and that is adored by her teachers and caretakers.  She is often praised as a helpful child as she loves to help the younger children and tell them stories. Chloe would love to have brothers and sisters and a pet in her family. This sweet and loving girl will make beautiful addition to any family.

Blaze – This boisterous 7 year old boy has a post-operative cleft palate and clubbed hands and feet.  This doesn’t slow him down a bit! He is always on-the-go and very independent. Blaze is quite athletic and loves to play soccer.  He has a sweet smile and a loving personality. He loves to play hide and seek and gets along well with other children.
