We received notice from the China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) that as of January 1, 2009, the donation that is made to your child’s orphanage will increase to 35,000RMB. This change will impact and benefit all orphanages in China.  With the current exchange rate, 35,000RMB is approximately $5,000; however, we recommend that families consult the exchange rate at the time they travel to China.
